Once the service pack was purchased you will find the expiry date or month. kindly used the service pack contact numbers before the service pack got expired. Once your service pack got expired the remaining contact numbers from the service pack does not carry forward, when you are purchasing a service pack in future. Once you found the contact number was. Does not exist, Wrong number, Already married or Marriage fixed. kindly contact us immediately and let us the ID of the contact number, By making a phone call +91 8428333099 (or) sending a email info@333matrimony.com (or) texting on WhatsApp +91 8428333099. Along with your TTM ID(333Matrimony ID) registered phone number and name, Kindly inform before the service got expired, So it will be more helpful to process the replace contact number to your dashboard . The contact number will be replace to your dashboard within 3 to 7 working days kindly get back to us or inform to us if you are not received the replace contact number on time kindly call us and inform if we failed to process before your service pack got expired we will be refunding the equivalent amount of money only for the contact number (for example one contact number = 10 rupees, We transfer rupees 10 to your bank account as a refund) The amount will be transferred to your bank account (or) you will be receiving a cash in hand (or) in registered upi number.

pay as you go:

Once you purchase pay as you go service pack, if you found the contact number was. Does not exist, Wrong number, Already married or Marriage fixed. kindly contact us immediately and let us know by making a phone call (or) sending a email (or) texting on WhatsApp. mention the expired ID, Along with your TTM ID(333Matrimony ID) registered phone number and Name. The contact number will be replace to the dashboard (same pay as you go service pack to your dashboard )only. we don't process a money refund for this service pack.

Assist service pack:

The validity of this pack for 1 month we share 10 contact number of the brides family or grooms family only. we will give service until we share 10 contact number of the following bride or groom family. Once marriage got fixed by our service there will be no refund. If marriage got fixed by your own source kindly informed as soon as possible before the service pack got expired. kindly contact us immediately and let us know by making a phone call to +918428333099 Along with your service manager ID or name , your name TTM ID(333Matrimony ID) registered phone number and name, Kindly inform before the service got expired, so it will be very helpful to process refund as per the companies policy (for example one contact number = 100 rupees, We transfer rupees 100 to your bank account as a refund) The amount will be transferred to your bank account (or) you will be receiving a cash in hand (or) in registered upi number.

Note:

III. We process money refund only for the person who verified his government ID proof , the person should be verify is government ID from the date of registering or register within 10 to 15 days then only he is eligible to claim refund,
IV. No refund for pay as you go pack and No replacement of contact number until they verify the government ID proof and work proof ,business proof (or) family photo.
V. Rs 100 highlight plan will not be refund once got activated for whatever package you available.
VI. The registration is absolutely free online if you are registering through one of or outlet the charge will be RS 50 to 100 this registration fee is not refundable.
